I am writing to express

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I’ve been receiving recently. Today, I placed two separate orders, and both were problematic. The first order was canceled after over two hours of waiting, and the second was delayed by more than an hour. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced issues with my orders, and it’s becoming a recurring problem. Unfortunately, due to these ongoing issues, I have decided to switch to other delivery services in the future. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and work on improving the service for other customers moving forward.
