I purchased a Samsung QLED

I purchased a Samsung QLED TV, model: QE50Q67TAU. After a year of usage, once the warranty had expired, black lines started appearing on the TV screen. I contacted the Samsung service center in Azerbaijan, but they were unable to assist. The same issue is being experienced by all technicians and users of this TV model. I’m seeking assistance from you as all the technicians confirm that this is a factory defect. Even the employees at your service center in Azerbaijan acknowledge it.
